• Title of Unit or Project: Immigration: The Immigrant's Personal Story

  • Summary of Project: Students will learn about factors in their community, state, and nation that influence an immigrant's life. They will learn about local employment practices, what documentation is needed to work in a community, how immigrantsf are received, what obstacles present themselves in adjusting to the local environment, and what impact these have on the immigrant's personal and family life.
